Thanh Minh Plywood is a Vietnamese plywood manufacturer in Ha Hoa, Phu Tho, and a major producer of cost-effective film-faced plywood exported to Europe.

Lead product

Film-faced plywood, priced for the site and built for repeat pours.

Cost-effective here means the right build for the job, not a weaker panel. Acacia or Eucalyptus cores, phenolic film pressed on both faces and edges sealed against water, specified to the number of pours your sites need.

Furniture and interior plywood

Quiet, flat panels for the cabinet maker.

White Styrax cores keep furniture plywood light and the edges clean. Cores are stitched on the outer layers, panels are pressed twice and sanded smooth, ready for lacquer, laminate or UV coating at the customer's line.

The face names the panel. These are the faces most often pressed at Thanh Minh; Gurjan, Sapele and other veneers are available on request.

White Styrax

Light, pale and even: the furniture core, with more cubic metres per container.

Acacia

Firm and stable: the standard core for film-faced and commercial plywood.

Eucalyptus

Dense and stiff, for heavier use and strong screw holding.

Origin

Wood from the hills of Phu Tho.

Acacia, Eucalyptus and Styrax are planted on the hills around the mill, so core logs reach the peeling line from close by. For EU shipments we supply the EUDR dossier: origin records with geolocation and GeoJSON files.

    Core and face veneers sorted by grade for the product line.

    Core lay-up

    Cross-laid layers assembled; outer layers stitched on furniture plywood.

    Pressing

    Cold pre-press, hot press, face or film applied and pressed again.

  5. v

    Finishing

    Calibration, sanding or film trimming, edge sealing, cutting to size.

  6. vi

    Inspection and packing

    Sheet-by-sheet check of thickness, face and edges before strapping.

What is the minimum order?

One 40HC container, usually with one or two products; three to six can be mixed by agreement.

Which payment and delivery terms apply?

30% deposit and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading, by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight. Delivery FOB Hai Phong, CFR or CIF.
